Spectrum Generations has been helping individuals, families and communities in Central and Mid- Coast Maine for more than 30 years. An independent not-for-profit organization, we provide information, advice, solutions, referrals, programs and activities for adults of all ages.
Whether you are an active ager, a caregiver, or a senior in need of assistance, we are here for you, committed to help you and your family, friends and neighbors live life to the fullest.
Our programs and services include:
- Dining and Cafes – Come dine with friends and neighbors at our Community Centers.
- Lifelong Learning, Fun & Adventure – Come enjoy our activities, events and trips.
- Answers on Aging - Let us assist you with prescription drug programs, health & wellness, nutrition, and more.
- Family Caregiver Support – We can provide information and resources that you need.
- Home Care – Bridges is here to help with housekeeping, homemaking, personal care, care management, PERS, and more.
- Respite, Relief and Adult DayBreak - Our services are located in a safe and friendly setting right at our Community Centers.
- Leadership and Advocacy - We educate and advocate on behalf of your interests.
