Renovations at Muskie and Cohen Centers

 

United Methodist Church in Waterville

Muskie on the Move…………..

We have begun our interterm stay at the United Methodist Church in Waterville. We are pleased to share the church with their fantastic members.

When arriving at the church please enter through the main doors.  There will be a volunteer or staff member greeting you to assist you in finding the location you are looking for. If there is not an attendant you will find a directional sign indicating where to find the Spectrum Generations, Muskie Center offices. 

You will find the entrance to Adult DayBreak on to the right of the front doors.  There is a ramp that leads to the entrance. 

We look forward to continuing our programs through the renovation process.  Please call if you have any questions.  Below you will find the directions to the Church.

Directions to the United Methodist Church-Waterville

From Gold St. facing Silver St., take a right onto Silver St.

At the first traffic light bear left onto Elm St.

(Large white funeral home on the left.)

There is a second traffic light at the bottom of a short hill. Take a left at the light onto Western Avenue. The take the second right onto Pleasant St. The United Methodist Church is approximately one mile down on the right side. It is a well marked white building

New look for Cohen Center

Cohen Center 3 Month Renovation Project

Spectrum Generations’ Cohen Center will be temporarily moving our activities such as games, seminars and health clinics to the Cox Memorial United Methodist Church located at 33 Central St. in Hallowell beginning on Monday, August 18, for approximately three months while construction is underway. 

During this time,   staff will be available at the Cohen Center to answer telephones,  assist walk-in consumers, and provide information.

The Center will continue to  produce and deliver Meals on Wheels and our Adult DayBreak Program will operate daily at our Center.

 We will temporarily suspend social dining during this time.
