The Mature Lifestyle program is a live studio talk show hosted by Libby Mitchell and produced by Spectrum Generations and Time Warner Cable. Mature Lifestyle is broadcast three times each week and reaches a large viewing audience (See show times and broadcasting coverage above).
Each program brings together a panel of guests to educate and entertain viewers on a wide variety of topics of interest to Maine’s seniors. Reflexology, dream trips, nutrition, Tai Chi, and taking the mystery out of Medicare and Medicaid are just a few of the topics that viewers have learned more about.
